What counts as an "active project"?+
A distinct piece of audio work with its own review link and client. Archive a project when it's delivered and it stops counting toward your limit. Archived projects remain accessible to you and the client for 90 days.
Do you charge extra per listener in a live session?+
No. Home plan allows 4 concurrent listeners per session; Studio and Team allow up to 24. No per-listener charges.
What's the audio file size limit?+
Home: 250 MB per file. Studio and Team: 2 GB per file. If you consistently work with sessions above 2 GB, tell us and we'll raise the limit for you.
Does my client need an account to review?+
No, ever. Review links open in any browser without login. The client can leave comments, drop pins, and approve without creating an account.
Do you offer educational or discount pricing?+
Verified music production students get the Studio plan free for the duration of their course. Email us with proof of enrolment. Working music teachers get 50% off the annual plan.
Refunds?+
Within 30 days of first payment, full refund on request. After 30 days, we prorate annual plans by remaining months.
